Consultation, Fees & Services

Our fees and services depend on the case itself.

Initial Phone Consultation is free. In person consultation can be free or a minimum charge from $125 per consultation no more than one hour. We speak Farsi, Some Spanish and Vietnamese. Flat fee for traffic tickets is from $149, Small Claim Appeal from $595.

Our Hourly rate is from $250 with minimum retainer starting from $1500 for most Civil, Criminal and Family Cases. Flat fee for most DUI cases start from $999, eviction from $500, BK from $750. The retainer will reflectt the actual cost and fees for each case.

Mr. Kamyab is the senior attorney for the office. He handles the clients' interviews, court hearings, law & motions ans trials. Please google his name and bar# 189696, to check his background. Since 1997 that he has been in practice, been able to keep a record satisfactory to the State Bar of California. With his background as an engineer and a licensed car dealer, Mr. Kamyab can be used as a legal expert in any trial and choose the right expert for the trials he handles to assure clients' constitutional rights protected to collect the maximum for each case. Mr. Kamyab represents both Plaintiffs and Defendants. He has taken the oath to represent all clients equally, so don't hesitate to contact him for any matter. He has represented clients from all walks of life and nationalities.

        State & Federal Courts

The firms attorneys are authorized to practice law in all Federal and State Courts in the State of California. Mr. Kamyab is authorized to practice law

in all Federal Courts within the Jurisdiction of the United States of America. Federal practice is different than State Courts, more papers work must be presented to the Courts in compliance to the Federal Rules of Court and the Rules of practice, called Civil Procedure. All Immigration and Bankruptcy Adversary Proceeding are to follow these rules, which Mr. Kamyab has extensive experience in. Local rules in State Court also vary from County to County, Mr. Kamyab has had many cases in various counties to master their local rules.
